Omar,

I'd like to start off by saying this is a completely unsolicited recommendation.    

Karen and I (and Matty!) wanted to thank you from the bottom of our hearts for all of the incredible effort you put in during the recent sale of our home in Aliso Viejo.   We knew, of course, because of the great experience we had EIGHT years ago (how did that happen?) buying this same property from you, that we would use you again when the time came to move on.    We were overwhelmed, however, at how you consistently exceeded our already high expectations in every facet of this experience.

Your advice as to whether to rent or sell was well researched, clearly presented, and we always felt that you had only OUR best interests in mind.   The discussions as to how to price, when to list, how to present our home, etc where always easy going, no pressure, and exactly spot on:   you were able to move our house through the entire process in a VERY difficult market right on schedule, and at a price that was more than we expected to get.

Lastly, you did an incredible job shielding us from all of the little bumps in the road that always happen in a transaction of this magnitude in a market this volatile.   For that, we will always be grateful.    The fact that The Inspira Group can step into the breach and provide a full suite of  real estate products (escrow, loan, etc) quickly and cost effectively ultimately made the difference in making this experience completely enjoyable.
